Provided complete structural, nonstructural, accessibility, and energy code reviews for this 20,000 s.f. tenant improvement project for the city of Bellevue. This project included an added mezzanine and change of occupancy. Coordination with city staff was necessary to process the code alternate request that was associated with this project.
