Assisted the City of Issaquah by expediting review of this $14 million project that incorporated 110 apartment units.  The building consists of 4 stories of wood-framed construction over two levels of noncombustible construction. The building provides a resident lounge and fitness room along with outdoor decks on the 2nd floor and roof. Performed nonstructural, structural, accessibility, and energy code plan reviews for the city of Issaquah and worked closely with subconsultants to provide plumbing, mechanical, and structural review of the post-tensioned concrete work.
