Assisted the city of Issaquah by expediting review of this $26 million project that incorporated 135 apartment units.  The building consists of 5 stories of wood-framed construction over one story plus one basement of noncombustible construction. The design incorporated the use of pressurized stair enclosures. Amenities provided included an outdoor space on the 5th story, a courtyard on the 1st story, gym, a separate bicycle storage building, parking garage, and outdoor pool. Performed nonstructural, structural, accessibility, and energy code plan reviews for the city of Issaquah and worked closely with subconsultants to provide plumbing, mechanical, and smoke control oversight.
