Provided structural, nonstructural, and accessibility review of this $2.3 million apartment complex for Pierce County. Three separate buildings encompassed over 36,000 s.f. and included a manager’s office, meeting room, and 40 units of mixed 2- and 3-story wood-framed construction. Mechanical and plumbing reviews were subcontracted out to Rainbow Consulting.
