Provided complete structural and nonstructural plan review of this 4,600 s.f. townhouse project for the city of Seattle. Project designed under the International Residential Code with two-hour party walls between units. The structural design incorporated increased topographic factors to the lateral design specific to the Seattle Wind Map.
