Provided complete structural/nonstructural/energy/accessibility review for Pierce County. Mechanical and plumbing reviews were performed by our subconsultant, Rainbow Consulting. The scope of this project included an addition to the senior housing building and included three 4-unit cottages and one 5-unit cottage.
