The Avalon Newcastle project includes multiple buildings in a phased development. Served as contract building official and plans examiner for the city of Newcastle for review and construction management of this project. Block 2 is made up of seven 3-story apartment townhome buildings under the provisions of the International Building Code. The development provides 43 townhomes, each with a private garage. Plumbing and mechanical reviews were subcontracted out to Rainbow Consulting; all other reviews were conducted in-house.
