The Avalon Newcastle project includes multiple buildings in a phased development.  Served as contract building official and plans examiner for the city of Newcastle for review and construction management of this project.  Block 6 is made up of three 3-story townhouse buildings and the 4-story Building 6A with an attached parking structure via pedestrian walkway. Building 6A includes 63 residential units in addition to on-grade parking and a child care area. A 2-level concrete parking garage is attached to the structure. Onsite improvements include a BBQ area, surface parking, trash enclosure, landscaping and links to adjacent developments via trails.
