30-acre multi-family development encompassing 400 units of development across 19 buildings. $66 million development. 16 three-story apartment buildings, a clubhouse, and two 5-story podium structures. Complicated site work included removal of peat and pin-pile support for light-framed wood structures.  Building D17 is built over a stormwater detention vault and both Buildings D17 & D18 are supported on augercast piles. These buildings are 4-stories of wood framing over one story of parking.
