As part of the Newcastle Commons 10-block development, Aldea Block 9 provides 10 townhouse buildings ranging in size from two to four units each building. Block 9 includes 10 3-story buildings containing 2 to 6 townhouse units each. Served as contract building official and plans examiner for the city of Newcastle for review and construction management of this project.
