As part of the Newcastle Commons 10-block development, Aldea Block 8 provides eight townhouse buildings ranging in size from two to four units each building. This development encompasses over 48,000 square feet of 3-story dwelling units with grade-level parking totaling $5.3 million. Served as contract building official and plans examiner for the city of Newcastle for review and construction management of this project.
