As part of the Newcastle Commons 10-block development, Aldea Block 10 provides 11 townhouse buildings ranging in size from two to four units each building. Block 10 encompasses twenty 3-story duplexes. Served as contract building official and plans examiner for the city of Newcastle for review and construction management of this project.
