Provided complete structural, nonstructural, accessibility, and energy code reviews for this 11,000 s.f., two-story eco-friendly fire station for the city of Issaquah. Worked with the city to evaluate several code alternate proposals to address the unique features of the design. Many complexities were considered involving sleeping rooms, egress, accessible routes, and a no-build easement.
