Provided complete plan review of this 2-story, 50,000 s.f. community building that included pools, gymnasiums, assembly spaces, and office/support areas for the city of Newcastle acting as their contract building official. Structural was performed by our subconsultant, JAS Engineering, and mechanical and plumbing reviews performed by our subconsultant, Rainbow Consulting.
