Expedited the acquisition of permits for the out-of-town developer, Tap House NW Development. Our scope of work included reviewing the project for code compliance, submitting for permit, responding to corrections, and facilitating all aspects of permitting from the city of Renton and the Department of Health for this tenant improvement project.
