Provided code-consulting services for McCullough Architects. This development included two 3-story apartment buildings containing 24 units each, a carriage building with private garages and dwelling units above, a single-story community center, and three individual garage structures having four private garages in each. A complete code analysis was presented to the architect that evaluated occupancies, type of construction, allowable area, allowable heights, occupant loads, exits, fire protection requirements, and accessibility requirements for each building.
