Provided code-consulting services to Schreiber Starling & Lane Architects for the Wood Construction Center at Seattle Central Community College. This mixed-use, two-story 70,000 s.f. shop and classroom building included assembly, office, fabrication, and storage uses to replace an existing multi-building development. We provided the architect a code evaluation of the Design Development drawings to provide recommendations and a detailed analysis under the requirements of the Seattle Building Code.
