Performed a feasibility study for B2 Architecture for an alteration to the existing Sons of Norway Lodge Building constructed under the 1973 Uniform Building Code. The new project would require the addition of an automatic sprinkler system and additional code updates. The provisions applying to existing buildings were considered for this 24,000 s.f., 1-story plus basement structure. Considering our evaluation, this property was not purchased to house the new worship center.
