MERCER ISLAND, WA


While employed at the City of Mercer Island, performed nonstructural plan review and managed structural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing reviews sent out to consultants for this $35 million mixed-use development consisting of two levels of underground parking with two 4-story apartments above. This project included offices, retail uses, and restaurants. This development was submitted to the city during a very busy time and required detailed management and outsourcing to contractors to complete the reviews to get this permit approved.
