Provided nonstructural, accessibility, and energy envelope review for this multi-million dollar high-rise project for the city of Bellevue. Project includes a 7-story underground parking garage, several levels of retail, two high-rise office towers (one 13 stories and the other 23 stories), and two 34-story condo towers. Complex review and coordination with several city departments was necessary to successfully review this multi-million square foot project. Many months of pre-permit submittal meetings and reviews were necessary to keep the project on task and meet project timeline requirements. Coordination between the architect, engineer, developer, fire department, electrical reviewer, mechanical reviewer, and structural reviewer was necessary.
