Completed nonstructural, barrier-free and structural review to the provisions of the Seattle Building Code. Post-tension concrete structure was reviewed by a structural subconsultant. Provided complete structural management of this 7-story retail and apartment building with 2 levels of below-grade parking including shoring. This 95,928 s.f. structure was of mixed type of construction with residential, retail, and parking occupancies. Some of the features of this project included special inspection program evaluation, structural observation, plan structural irregularity of re-entrant corners, utility transformer vault, roof sleepers, area separation walls, and 3-hour separation between construction types.
