Provided plan review services for the city of Issaquah for this $1.7 million change of occupancy project for an initial build-out for the Timber Ridge High-Rise. Office occupancy changed to residential to create four additional units and add elevator access through the post-tensioned concrete floor to the roof. Provided complete plan review services including life-safety, accessibility, energy code and utilized subconsultants for mechanical, plumbing, and structural review services.
