Provided nonstructural, energy code, and accessibility plan review for the City of Issaquah for the Costco Wholesale Headquarters Campus. The development included review of 21 permits and much coordination between the developer, owners, design team, and city staff. This campus expansion was part of a 1.5 million s.f. development and includes pile-supported buildings. The 9-story office building provides 625,000 square feet of office space in addition to an underground parking, an auditorium, cafeteria, and café. Connected to the office building via skybridge is the multi-functional parking garage which provides over 1,600 parking spaces and 712,000 square feet of space. Features of the parking garage structure include a fitness gym, locker room, bicycle storage, and a 14,000-square-foot exhibit hall plus catering kitchen.
