Provided complete plan review of this single story plus basement, 25,000 s.f. community building that included a library with assembly spaces, office spaces, a parking garage, and outdoor plaza. Served as contract building official and plans examiner for the city of Newcastle for review and construction of this project. Structural was performed by our subconsultant, JAS Engineering.
