Provided complete plan review for this $30 million middle school for the city of Issaquah.  This 136,000 s.f. school includes classrooms, library, commons, cafeteria, kitchen, gym, auxiliary gym, administration, and support spaces. Exterior spaces include a covered play area, loading dock, and athletic field. Building is separated with a fire wall to create north Building A of Type IIA Construction (4 stories) and south Building B of Type IIB Construction (3 stories). Site work includes a new internal road for automobile queuing, on-grade parking, bus queuing, and numerous site walls.
