Providing plan review services on an as-needed basis since 2019. We support the City of Renton by providing subcontracted plumbing and mechanical reviewers as well as building and energy code plan review services. The City of Renton is located between the Black and Cedar rivers and lake Washington, the tribal homeland of the Duwamish. Renton supports approximately 105,000 residents and boasts a diverse commercial core.
