Providing interim building official services for the City of Burien in 2022 and 2023 until permanent staff can be secured. Professional services provided for making code interpretations, guiding staff, reviewing code alternate requests, making building code adoption recommendations, etc.  The City of Burien has a population of over 50,000 residents and continues to grow due to annexation as well as population growth.
