Provided complete plan review for the city of Issaquah of the $800,000 Petsmart Petshotel tenant improvement project that included nonstructural, accessibility, and energy code reviews as well as some structural modifications. The existing retail store was modified to include a new Petshotel occupancy and to make additional upgrades to the lobby that encompassed approximately 7,500 s.f. of remodeled area. Mechanical and plumbing reviews were performed by our subconsultant, Rainbow Consulting.
