Provided complete structural, nonstructural, accessibility, and energy code reviews for this 5,000 s.f. tenant improvement project for the city of Newcastle. The mechanical review was performed by our subconsultant, The Greenbusch Group. This tenant improvement included a new office layout and structural seismic anchorage of the cash chest.
