Hired as a third-party plans review agency approved by the city of Mercer Island for Legacy Partners Residential Development, Inc. Completed plan review services for this 5-story, 2-basement mixed-use structure that included parking, assembly, business, mercantile, and residential uses and supported on a geopier foundation. Structural review up to the concrete lid was performed by our subconsultant, Reid Middleton, the rest of the structure was reviewed in-house. This project included significant coordination with the city of Mercer Island as well as code alternate approval for an egress issue.
