Complete structural and nonstructural review of a 110-foot cellular phone tower and above-ground equipment building in city-owned Clise Park. Review of this wireless communication facility included coordination with city arborist to determine best location to protect park trees and replanting of native vegetation and city development engineer to locate the structures to avoid disturbance of existing underground utilities. Shoring needs were carefully considered as well as coordination with city attorney regarding contract negotiations of this wireless communication facility. Thoughtful foundation review was necessary for the support of this 110-foot cellular pole.
