Provided complete plan review for this $23 million middle school for the city of Newcastle. This 120,000 s.f., 2-story plus basement structure incorporated a fire wall and a 15,000 s.f. mechanical penthouse. Structural review was subcontracted out to Reid Middleton, Inc. and plumbing and mechanical reviews were subcontracted out to Rainbow Consulting. This project required construction management since acting as contract building official for the city of Newcastle.
