Managed city-owned $4 million, 38,000 s.f. community center project from schematic design through permit documents. Provided code-consulting services to the architectural firm, performed complete nonstructural plan review, energy review, managed and oversaw structural review, and coordinated with all city departments to come in on-time and on-budget. Project consisted of demolishing several buildings, rebuilding a 2-story community center that included large assembly areas and a gymnasium, as well as upgrading an existing daycare facility on campus.
