Provided a basement study for Hackworth Group (now McCullough Architects). This project was comprised of four townhouse buildings complying with the International Residential Code on a steep site that required garage access from different levels on different buildings. It was important to identify the basement level and consider which story was the first story above grade plane considering the change in grade for each unit. This study assisted the architect in presenting a code analysis to the city for permit approval.
