Contracted by the property manager, Schnitzer Northwest, to provide an accessibility assessment of the existing building to determine the items out of compliance with the code. The property manager was provided with a report outlining possible remedies for out-of-compliance items and priorities for remediation. The scope of this assessment included site access, accessible parking, maneuvering clearances, and review of public toilet facilities.
