Providing complete plan review services for the City of Issaquah including nonstructural, structural, accessibility, and energy code plan reviews. Typical additional services provided include utilizing subconsultants for plumbing, mechanical, and complex structural reviews. Kolke Consulting Group, Inc. has been providing plan review services for the City of Issaquah since 2006. Kolke Consulting Group, Inc. also provided interim building official services for two separate durations in 2016 and 2019 until permanent staff was secured. Our office has provided code adoption services for the City each code cycle. The City of Issaquah is surrounded on three sides by what are known locally as the Issaquah Alps: Cougar Mountain on the west, Squak Mountain to the south, and Tiger Mountain to the southeast. While the city was initially a small mining town, it has grown to a population of over 40,000 residents and boasts a variety of parks and trails throughout the city.
