Kolke Consulting Group has provided plan review services for several high-rise buildings all the way to single-family residences for the City of Bellevue and continues to provide support on an as-needed basis as development needs change. Bellevue is a large city with a population of approximately 150,000 residents and boasts a large downtown core as well as residential living.
